Applications.
The equipment is used to treat the flue gas during the incineration of various wastes. The flue gas was sent evenly into the drying chamber via a hot-air distributor installed at the top or conical part of the drying chamber. In the drying chamber, the gas is fully and homogeneously mixed with the atomized fine alkali droplets produced by a centrifugal atomizer. They reacted and made the salts. At the meantime, water in the droplets evaporated due to high-temperature in the chamber. The produced solid is discharged through a rotary valve at the bottom of the chamber. The stream with some fine solid particle is filtered via a bag filter. The exit gas from this system to the environment satify the effulent emmission regulated in the national standard.
The equipment is suitable for treat the flue gas from the power plant with coal firing, municipal and medical wastes etc. It is a good choice in environmental protection.
